Work Permit
Application for Work permit is a simple process however, there are a number of requirements to fulfil.
There is a compulsory requirement for advertisement for all long term work permit (valid for 3 years) except for Research, Volunteer, Religious and jobs related to fishing industry.
Employment contract must comply with Fiji's Employment Relations Act.
